I have been working as ASP on adhoc basis for the last two years. I have not been granted bonus on the plea that ASP is a gazetted post. But my point is that I have been promoted purely on adhoc basis and my lien still lying in Inspector post. So let me know whether I am entitled to productivity linked bonus declared for the year 2009-10 & 2010-11. If i am eligible for bonus please furnish the relevant rulings also.
