Five steps to protect your office document with password in Office 2007

Step 1- OPEN YOUR  FILE  IN OFFICE  2007 

Step  2 - SELECT  SAVE AS  OPTION 

Step - 3  Click Tools  Button under  Save As Option 

Step 4  Click General  Option  under  Tools Button 

Step 5   Type   Password  against  " Password  to Open " and Click  OK  Button
Please  re open  your document  to  verify  the  effect of protection .
