I think the answer will be
Q No 4-- To take Insurance Agency
Q No 8-- The period for preferring appeal has expired.
Q No 9-- I could not find in CCS Conduct Rule
Q No 16- All the options
Q No 24- 35 yrs
Q No 25- Service Book & Brief on the case is also correct in addition to parawise comments
