Meghadoot Account MIS- Project Arrow Office to be configured in 6.5 version Sanchay post Speednet 3.1 version

How Data extraction takes place? Meghadoot After “day end” in each application- automatic Sanchay Post Exe file to be executed to send data to “data extraction tool” Speednet Speed post data gets transferred to Postman module from speednet in offices where speednet 3.1 is installed

Data will be in encrypted form and this can not be manipulated by any body Data of Project Arrow Offices is monitored at all level and therefore please ensure that “day end” is performed in all the modules daily Please ensure “exe” file is executed at the end of the day in Sanchay module

Data extraction is either done after performing day end or scheduled

While doing day end in Treasury Module data relating to Treasury i.e. the time at which the cash given to the last postman, sale of publication, Stamp Sales, etc. will be inserted in the Local Server.

While doing day end in Postman Module the data relating to the delivery performance of SP, EPP, RLs, Parcels, Etc. will be inserted in the Local Server.

While doing day end in Point of Sale data relating to POS i.e.IPO Sold, MPCM no of transactions, eMOs booked, VPMOs booked, Ordinary MOs booked, Stamps prefixed, Postage revenue realised, articles booked and despatched etc. will be inserted in the Local Server.

While doing day end in Sanchay Post 6.5 data relating to signature scanning i.e. Signature Scanning Details account type wise will be inserted in the Local Server.

While executing the Sanchay Post - Project Arrow Reports the data relating to Sanchay Post i.e total no. of live accounts account type wise, transaction time, no of transactions account type wise, etc will be inserted in the Local Server.

While executing Meghdoot Accounts Mis Client all the data which was inserted as said above in local server will be extracted and encrypted file(.psq) with this data will be created and transmitted to central server.
