DA Increase w.e.f January 2011 ---- 6%

Central Cabinet Approved DA Increase w.e.f January 2011 Central Government today declared the increase in Dearness Allowance with effect from January 2011 in Parliament. The increase in DA will be six percent (6%) only. Now the New DA rate will be 51%. Thus it will increase payments like conveyance allowance and children education allowance will also increase by 25%.
